Blueberry is known for its indisputable nutritional value. Rich in vitamins B, C, and magnesium. They have a high fiber content, high levels of antioxidants, good amounts of iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper and folic acid, contain anthocyanins (flavonoid phytochemicals with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect), being considered the “fruit of youth”. At Sharing Treasure we believe that our Blueberries have an above average quality.
Redcurrent
Recurrent is rich in vitamins and has more vitamin C than orange. Other nutrients that can be found are potassium, carotene, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin.
Some advantages offered, they contribute to vision health, improve the immune system and prevent premature aging. The currant also has fibers, contributing to the health of the intestine.
Packing
We consider packaging to be one of the most important stages on the path traveled between the producer and the final consumer.
The content of each package is homogeneous and contains only fruit of the same origin, variety and the same quality, the visible part of the package represents its entirety, making it, therefore, very important especially in products of high perishability.
